Insights on neurodivergence, psychological health, and workplace culture
After years as a production operator in metal manufacturing, I’ve seen the side of industry that does not make it into the handbook. My insights are shaped by the lived reality of high-pressured environments. I write to translate these heavy, complex topics into accessible frameworks, blending firsthand experience with evidence-based logic that everyone can understand.

What began as a creative outlet has evolved into a dedicated platform for writing analysis. I’ve found that my diverse background from psychology to industrial manufacturing converges on a singular ethos: investigating why systems fail and how to fix them. Whether I am documenting the chemical hazards of PFAS or analyzing the human-factor variables of the factory floor, I use this space to showcase a career defined by turning complex problems into stable solutions.

While my formal education is in Psychology, real growth occurred only after I stepped onto the manufacturing floor. People are what make machines run, and like machines, people need preventative maintenance too; being reactive to a crisis is a failed design. I aim to bring light and shine it on the suppressed and undiagnosed in hopes the glimmer is enough to see the truth beneath the skin, and help build solutions that actually last.
